Any additional services not specified in the agreed proposal will require a separate agreement and may incur extra charges.
3. Client Responsibilities
The client agrees to:
Provide all necessary content, images, logos, and materials required for the project.
Ensure that all content provided is free from copyright violations.
Respond to requests for approvals and feedback within reasonable timeframes.
Make payments according to the agreed schedule.
4. Payments & Fees
A deposit (percentage agreed in proposal) is required before work begins.
Remaining balance is due upon project completion before website launch.
All payments are non-refundable once work has commenced, except in cases where we are unable to deliver the agreed services.
5. Revisions & Approval
The client is entitled to a limited number of design revisions as outlined in the proposal.
Additional revisions beyond the agreed limit will be charged separately.
Final approval of the website indicates acceptance of all work performed.
6. Intellectual Property Right
Upon full payment, ownership of the final website design and code will transfer to the client.
Radhemetaspark Digital retains the right to display the completed work in our portfolio or marketing materials.
Any third-party tools, plugins, or licenses remain the property of their respective owners.
7. Website Content & Compliances
The client is solely responsible for ensuring that all website content complies with applicable laws and regulations.
We are not liable for any legal issues arising from the client’s content, including copyright or trademark disputes.
8. Limitation of Liability
We are not responsible for any damages, loss of business, or data loss resulting from website use or downtime.
We make every effort to provide secure and functional websites but cannot guarantee that the website will be free from vulnerabilities or downtime.
9. Termination
Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice.
If the project is terminated by the client before completion, all payments made are non-refundable.
10. Governing Law
